Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order ships, we cannot modify it, but you can return items using our free return process.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We're working on international shipping options—stay tuned!

My tracking shows "delivered" but I don't have my package. What do I do?

First, check with neighbors or building management. Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered slightly before actual delivery.

If 24 hours pass and you still don't have it, contact us right away at support@motorbox.com. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.

Will my order arrive in discreet packaging?

Orders ship in plain boxes with MotorBox return address. Product names are not visible on the exterior packaging.

You can absolutely install them yourself! Our products are designed for easy DIY installation. That said, if you prefer professional installation, any automotive upholstery shop or truck accessory installer can handle it.

Will seat covers work with my airbags?

Yes! Our seat covers are designed with airbag compatibility in mind. Side airbags will deploy through the cover material safely.

What does your warranty cover?

All MotorBox products come with a 2-YEAR WARRANTY against manufacturing defects, including:

  • Color fading beyond normal wear

What is NOT covered by the warranty?

How do I make a warranty claim?

Contact us at support@motorbox.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defect
  • Description of the issue

We'll review your claim within 24-48 hours. If approved, we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Does the warranty transfer if I sell my vehicle?

No, our warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser. However, the new owner can still purchase products from us with full warranty coverage!


🚛 Tonneau Cover Questions

What type of tonneau cover do you sell?

We specialize in soft roll-up tonneau covers. These covers feature:

Are your tonneau covers waterproof?

Our tonneau covers are highly water-resistant and will keep your truck bed dry in most conditions (rain, snow, car washes).

However, like most soft roll-up covers, they are not 100% waterproof in extreme conditions (heavy downpours, pressure washing directly on seams). For sensitive cargo, we recommend additional protection like dry bags or plastic bins.

Can I drive through a car wash with the tonneau cover installed?

Yes! Our tonneau covers are designed to withstand automatic car washes. We recommend:

  • Rolling the cover up if you're concerned (takes 30 seconds)
How do I roll up the tonneau cover to access my truck bed?

Can I machine wash seat covers or floor mats?

SEAT COVERS: No. Machine washing can damage materials, stitching, and hardware. Spot clean only.

FLOOR MATS: Most can be hosed down and air dried. Check product care instructions included with your order.

How do I prevent fading on my Patriot Edition flag designs?

Our products have UV-resistant coatings, but you can extend their life:
